Lifetree Academy is an APBET school at Makongeni Estate, a low income estate in Nairobi. In the surrounding areas, there are numeral cases of children being out of school due to lack of school fees or the inability of their families to afford essential school items like uniforms and stationary. The feeding program at the school has also helped with the burning issue if malnutrition.
The school is targeting 15,000 students within the estate and surrounding areas, with special programs and considerations for the many under privileged kids in the communities around.
