Who We Are
Top-Help Schweiz is a registered dual-nation charity operating in Switzerland and Kenya. Founded on faith, compassion, and service, our organization exists to improve the lives of orphans, vulnerable children, widows, and marginalized families through practical, sustainable solutions.
Rather than addressing only one challenge, we take a holistic approach to community development. We recognize that education, healthcare, food security, mentorship, and economic empowerment are deeply interconnected. By strengthening each of these areas, we help families build stable, independent, and hopeful futures.
Our work is led by a dedicated board of experienced professionals and supported by generous donors, volunteers, and partners who share our vision of a world where every child has the opportunity to thrive.
A Story Rooted in Faith
Our Story
The journey of Top-Help Schweiz began with one man's willingness to answer God's call.
Pastor Bruno Zimmerli of Buchs, Switzerland, was deeply moved by the needs of vulnerable children in Homa Bay County, Kenya. Guided by faith, he travelled to Kenya to serve communities facing poverty, the effects of HIV/AIDS, and limited access to education and healthcare.
Working alongside local leaders, what began as personal support for a few orphaned children gradually grew into a community-based organization that now reaches hundreds of children and families through sustainable development programs.
Today, Pastor Bruno's vision continues through a committed leadership team that remains dedicated to serving with integrity, compassion, and excellence.

Our Centre
The Top-Help Schweiz Centre is located along the Karabok–Adiedo Road, next to Kanyaluo Vocational Training College in Karachuonyo Constituency, Homa Bay County.
Our growing centre serves as the heart of our operations and provides space for education, mentorship, administration, community gatherings, and agricultural demonstrations.
The site currently includes:
- A partially completed school building designed to provide education, meals, and care for vulnerable children.
- An administration block supporting daily operations and community outreach.
- A football pitch promoting recreation, teamwork, and youth development.
- Agricultural demonstration areas supporting food security and skills training.
