Healthcare Barriers
The cost of medical care often prevents vulnerable families from seeking treatment when they need it most.

Our Poverty Alleviation Programs

Monthly Food Support

Nutritious food assistance is provided to vulnerable widows, orphaned children, elderly caregivers, and families facing severe hardship. This support helps ensure that basic nutritional needs are met while families work toward greater stability.

Safe Housing

A secure home provides safety, dignity, and peace of mind. Top-Help Schweiz supports vulnerable widows by constructing safe and durable houses that protect families from harsh weather and improve their overall quality of life.

Solar Lighting

Access to reliable lighting improves safety, extends productive hours, and enables children to study after sunset. Our solar lighting initiative provides environmentally friendly lighting solutions to vulnerable households without reliable electricity.

SHIF Healthcare Support

Good health is essential for breaking the cycle of poverty. We assist vulnerable widows, orphaned children, and families by paying Social Health Insurance Fund (SHIF) subscriptions, helping ensure access to quality healthcare when it is needed.

Life Skills Training

Empowerment begins with practical skills. We provide hands-on training in beadwork, kitchen gardening, pyramid vegetable farming, and other livelihood activities that enable participants to generate income and improve household nutrition.

Business Mentorship

Training alone is not enough. Participants receive ongoing mentorship and guidance to help them develop sustainable micro-enterprises, strengthen financial management skills, and build confidence as entrepreneurs.
